Auto-discovery

Where poly-crap looks for a coverage report when none is named, and what happens when it finds none.

When neither the command line nor .poly-crap.toml names a report, poly-crap looks under --path for the files coverage tools write by default, in this order:

coverage.lcov
lcov.info
coverage/lcov.info
coverage/coverage.lcov
coverage.out
coverage.xml
coverage/cobertura-coverage.xml
target/site/jacoco/jacoco.xml
build/reports/jacoco/test/jacocoTestReport.xml

It uses every report it finds and names them on stderr. When it finds none, it warns that every function will follow the --missing policy, which by default scores it as 0% covered. Pass --no-auto-coverage to skip the search.
